First of all, thank you for your visit and your order.

Customer Support Queries: Our team is extremely busy at the moment – We would be grateful if you could allow plenty of time after an order before reaching out. It is taking between 3 to 6 weeks for delivery. We want to give every member of our our cigar community the time they deserve and get back to you as fast as we can, but please use the self serve FAQs page before you make a query.

The status of your order can be found by going to your account.  Click here.

Remember that if your order says “processing” it simply means that we have received it, will pack it and then ship it. It does not mean that your payment is processing. During these busy times it can take between 2-4 business days before we ship it.

 

SHIPPING / DELIVERIES TIMES

Delivery times vary considerably at this time and packages may take 10 days to 10 weeks to arrive. If this makes you anxious, please do not order at our shop.
